An advisor is an experienced operator who works with your company part-time on a defined growth problem: introductions, judgement, and a few days a month. They are not a consultant, an employee, or a board director. What is an advisor?
The success fee covers the full search: publishing your search, screening applicants, curating the shortlist, and facilitating the introduction. It is a one-time charge with no recurring costs. It is only payable after you have decided to start working with an advisor we introduced.
