Free advisor search
We find the perfect advisor based on the company’s needs. The matching process is free of charge. The company only pays a one-time service fee if they decide to work with an advisor we’ve found (starting from €2,900 + VAT).

Free for advisors
Boardio is free for advisors to use and to apply for ongoing advisor searches.

Advisor compensation
Agreed directly between the company and the advisor.

PROCESS

1. Company needs

We begin by understanding the company’s business needs, goals, and the specific expertise required.

2. Advisor Search

We search our network of 10,000+ experienced advisors and other sources to find the best match.
Interested advisors apply through Boardio to express their interest in the company.

3. Candidates

We review all applications and send a shortlist of suitable advisors, including their applications and LinkedIn profiles.

4. Boardio Interview Day

The company selects the advisors they want to talk to, and we’ll organize a Boardio Interview Day for them to meet everyone.

5. Decision & Agreement

Once the company selects an advisor, they agree on the terms (incl. compensation) and start the collaboration.

6. One-Time Fee

The company pays our service fee (starting from €2,900 + VAT) only after they begin working with the advisor we’ve introduced.
