A good leader needs to have been a great follower - that´s where he gets his ability to inspire others. After 25 years in various leadership positions in different %22retail and service%22 driven sectors, with varied ownership structures in different countries I have had the great fortune of being able to develop great teams to achieve growth or turnarounds efficiently. It isn´t only about being able to see strategic opportunities in the business and identify the right talent for the right position but also the capacity to be able to implement them thereafter - profitably and efficiently.
