With 22 years of experience in technology and real-estate C-Suite and Entrepreneur roles, Darshana has broken quite a few stereotypes about women in male-dominated businesses. Her varied roles in strategy, engineering, business development, sales, marketing, and company leadership with Fortune 500 companies in the US and UK have given her a strong global edge. She puts this to good use to help start-ups she invests in to scale up, drive profitability and create sustainable business growth.

As a real Estate Entrepreneur, she has developed, sold and delivered 2.5 million square feet of Residential and commercial space in India. During her stint in Real Estate, she was actively involved with the Developer Association Body. Darshana has broken stereotypes about women in male-dominated businesses. Darshana is a partner and has led the company as CEO of Snapper Future Tech, a blockchain development company involved in doing innovative blockchain projects with the government and corporates. Her role was crucial in getting SFT selected at National Center of Excellence for Blockchain and turning the company profitable with aggressive business development strategies within 14 months. She is the Regional Chair for FIBREE (Foundation for International Blockchain and Real Estate Expertise).

She is currently actively mentoring startups as an angel. Involved with TIE Nurture Accelerator as a TIE Charter Member in Pune, India. She is an expert on a Central Government Committee evaluating startups for Ministry of Information and Technology of India (Union) ATAL Innovation Mission.
